Hey beautiful, I’m Shayn

I’m the heart behind Ruut & Company - a 29-year-old wife, mama to two sweet little boys, professional hairstylist, and lover of all things style.

Ruut & Company started as another creative outlet for me, but somewhere along the way it became so much more. I wanted to create the kind of boutique I was always looking for myself - filled with pieces that are comfortable, a little different, and still make you feel really, really great when you put them on.

Every piece you see here is chosen by me, with real life in mind. School drop-offs, work days, Sunday church mornings, date nights, chasing little ones around and all the ordinary moments in between. Comfort over cuteness, always - but around here, I don’t think you should have to choose.

And the Company part means just as much to me as the clothes. I want this little corner of the internet to feel personal. Like somewhere you come back to, somewhere you’re known, and maybe even somewhere you find a little bit of your company, too.

My faith, my family, and the life God has given me are at the heart of everything I do, and getting to pour a little piece of myself into Ruut & Company is something I’ll never take for granted.
