• Pre-order items will ship according to the timeline listed on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Orders totaling $100+ will receive FREE shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight & destination.

• Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

• Ruut & Company is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or weather.

Order Tracking

• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Incorrect Addresses

• Please double-check your shipping address.

• Ruut & Company is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• If a package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once a package is marked “delivered,” Ruut & Company is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
