• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory issues.

• If an order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded.

 

4. Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Free shipping is offered on U.S. orders over $150.

• Once a package is shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.

• Ruut & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

5. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

• Sale items, accessories, and seasonal items are final sale.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping.

6. Store Credit

• Store credit does not expire.

• Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Store credit can only be used on Ruut & Co. merchandise.

7. Privacy

Your personal information (name, email, address, etc.) is used only for order processing, communication, and shop improvement.

We do not sell or share your information.

8. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including: 

• Valid email address

• Correct shipping address

• Accurate payment information

We are not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate information submitted at checkout.
