Ruut & Company Return Policy

I hope you love everything you order, but I understand sometimes something just doesn’t work out. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are eligible for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors & signs of wear, and have all original tags attached.

Final Sale
All sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact ruutandcompany@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery so I can make it right.

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued.
